Long curly hair men

Long curly hair on men is so attractive and somewhat unusual. Lot of
men has straight hair. In fact, because of current trends to have
straight hair, many with curly hair resort to taming their curls into
submission with a straightener. This could possibly cause damage and
breakage to hair. Long curly hair on men should be kept at it natural
best. This not only looks the best, but it also maintains hair health
and vibrancy. However, curly hair is different. There are three
distinct curl patterns that have been identified. The first pattern is
loose curls. They are characterized with big shiny waves and are less
defined. The curly pattern is what most people envision when they think
of curly hair. Curls tend to spiral. The cuticle is left open and more
vulnerable to dehydration. The curls have a lot of volume and fall into
tendrils. The last curl pattern is kinky; this type of pattern has tiny
ringlets, approximately an inch or less in diameter.
 One of the
complaints by men with long curly hair is frizziness. It is the number
one issue for those with curly hair. Most men with long curly hair
mistakenly believe that they should not use hair products on their hair.
They think it will actually harm their hair. This is far from the truth.
In fact, there are specific shampoos, condition and styling aids that
will help to condition and moisturize curly hair. It is dryness that
causes hair to become frizzy and uncontrollable. Also, curly hair should
not be dried with a blow dryer. Even a diffuser should only be used
seldom. The best drying options are air drying or drying with a hooded
dryer. Hair color can also dry out hair. A curly-haired man should only
use semi-permanent color because it is less damaging than permanent
color.
